The last time I purchased a printer, I bought one from a super center in town. It was a more common brand and it did OK with printing. But each time I unplugged my laptop from my printer to be mobile with my computer, I had to reinstall the printer every time that I hooked it up again. When I called the company’s tech support for help in resolving the issue, they could not help me resolve it. Then I purchased a Xerox phaser 8560, and I have had no problem whatsoever. In addition to this, I have enjoyed a more high quality of print out, to boot!
