We live in a world where we want everything faster. We eat at fast food restaurants, have high speed Internet and pay extra to drive on toll roads. It is no surprise then that a person can get an online engineering degree faster than going to a regular school. Since all of the information is available online, there is no need to have to sit and attend classes that are only scheduled certain times of the day. A person could literally sit there from morning till night if they wanted to get their education that fast. Not the best idea but it is possible.
