Right now, I feel like I never want to help another family member again. I just found out that my brother hasn’t been paying for the auto loan that I co-signed on several years ago. A week ago, I learned that another brother racked up tens of thousands of dollars on a credit card that I gave to him to use in an emergency. He, also, hasn’t been paying on the debt for almost a year. Neither one seems to care that it is my credit, not theirs, that takes the hit. I am going to have to talk to a Debt Settlement company and see if they can help me out of this.
