Park them – sites like namedrive, sedo, trafficz, etc all place ads on your domains and pay you for every click made on those ads.  These ads are from the yahoo, ask, or Google feeds
Create a site around the domain name and profit via more traffic and ads
Use pay per action ads such as the ones offered by Azoogle to capitalize on the actions of your traffic.
