SMSTS TrainingAn SMSTS training course is carried out over a five day period and it is often possible to attend the course one day a week for five weeks to assist in avoiding disruption within the workplace. Many businesses are concerned about the impact of losing their staff for 5 days however SMSTS training is of great benefit as it increases productivity and efficiency in the workplace.Course candidates will be assessed during the 5 day training, there will be written assignments and core exercises to be completed and candidates will also be assessed by oral questions and practical observation. Candidates have to reach certain percentage scores to pass the on going assessments. At the end of the course there is a written test.
