I watched my neighbors go through a process that confused me.  They were wanting to extend their visitors visa and had to find immigration attorneys to find the right one to help them.  After they found their attorney the process seemed to fly by, but it was a good thing they found the attorney since they had to file 6 weeks before their visa was to expire.  They had an understanding attorney that helped them with all their questions and getting all paperwork processed and filled out properly. My neighbors said the process was enjoyable only because they had someone who cared to help them as much as their attorney did.
