These days, as bodybuilding continues to gain popularity, a lot of people have tried making efforts to help increase their weight for a better-looking stature. Among these exertions would include overeating, devouring a much food as they could in a day. Although it may be true that eating more calories than what you burn each day would help, too much unbalanced food intake often leads to more serious cases like obesity.
