Increasing my Cardiovascular Fitness

I knew the day would come where I would have to go for boot camp training.  I was looking forward to it as I knew I would get into excellent physical condition.  One thing that I really lacked was cardiovascular fitness.  I was never able to go for a long period of time running, swimming, or biking.  At times I would find myself getting tired out after a short period of exercise.  After a few weeks at boot camp training, I noticed a big difference in my cardiovascular fitness.  It is nice to be in such great physical condition.  I am not tired after exercising like I used to be.
