Mental attitude

The  best balance when participating in any workout routine is found through both body and mind.  Doing the best bodyweight exercises in the world will not help me while I am in this world if my attitude sucks.  What is the point in being egotistical about the whole thing if no one is going to  really appreciate me for it anyway.  Being a “nice” guy is ever more important  as being in shape physically.  Way too often folks begin a new endeavor, and let it get the best of them in a cocky way.  You can hear the change in their voice.
