Old School Training
there are pros and cons to the old school thinking when it comes to training and nutrition. Old school is not worrying about carring around a fancy shaker and having your creatine drink precicly 30 minutes before a workout. The old schoolers went in and trained with heavy weights until their bodies told them it was time to take a rest. weel this is all fine and good because that is basically how i like to train too. But i have also run into problems with this program also. old school is about very hard workouts so you need to be carefull.
