In a world where technology is increasing greatly daily, why would the average person continue to use procedures that were used in the days of George Washington?  Teeth implantation is a procedure that is accepted within the dental community and provides the option of not having to wear dentures or a bridge as in George Washington’s day.  I have had 3 dental implants and can attest to the fact that I forget that they are even there most of the time.  Not only do they feel real, but I find myself smiling more all the time because they look completely natural.  Maybe this is why we don’t see many pictures of President Washington smiling.
