The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System
I am sticking to The Muscle Gain Truth No-Fail System, as long as my wife will let me . She is a bit of a fussy eater… and I already broke one blender. I’ll be the doghouse soon, BUT she does like the new firmness and my arms so she begrudgingly accepts. I need to get a good set of free weights yet for my home, kick this coffee with cream addiction, and learn to plan better food wise when we go out. I am making either a two rep increase or a 10lb increase to my weights each week, so something is definitely working. I have taken up doing 2.0 miles of HIT cardio for 20 minutes on the treadmill two to three times a week. Just to keep that creeping gut from sneaking too far ahead of my muscles.
