These are really constructive criticisms. I never considered it as something that would affect me to the extent of losing my appetite to live. Yes, it hurts me a lot, yet I just learned from it and then proceed with my own life. I can never seek help from others, right? So, what I am going to have now is a self help. With this, I used the ab rocket abdominal machine and lost around six inches around my waist in three weeks. I am so happy with this effect, I hope I can still live happily and merrier now… I owe it to this ab rocket indeed.
