Dr Oz diet tips are quite beneficial for the dieters. They are easy to follow and give good results too. Here are some of them:

· Take up a healthy balanced diet. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Eat a high fiber diet that helps you in weight loss as well as it helps in body detoxification.

· Increase you daily water intake. Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.

· You must exercise daily for at least 30 minutes. The best time to exercise is early in the morning and just before you sleep at night.
