Eating the Goji Berry for Good Health

While you can choose to eat many things for good health, goji berry is among the top of people’s lists. 100 grams of the dried goji berry has about 300 calories which is not much. The small red goji berry contains sufficient amounts of the daily recommended macro nutrients, protein, fat, dietary fiber and carbohydrates.

So, it is a good addition to your diet if you are not already eating it.

But, eating goji berry alone is not good for you. Some people go over the top and eat just the berry and nothing else. You need a balanced diet so that you can get all the nutrients needed, not just those found in goji berry or any other fruits.
