I used to have an issue of having Male Breasts.  It was an extremely embarrassing time in my life and I tried everything to get them to go away.  I ended up talking to my doctor about them and he said that it is more of a genetic issue.  I could try all I wanted, but they would always be there.  He recommended a plastic surgeon that could help modify them for me and help me get back to feeling normal.  Surgery really worked and I feel so much better about my self.  I am a new man and I am so happy.
