Lasik Eye Surgery Risks: Information About Lasik

With the frustration that comes with wearing eye glasses on a daily basis, most people now prefer the option of Laser eye surgery. Many people seem to prefer reflective surgery (popularly referred to as laser eye surgery) as the best form of eye treatment, obviously because of the few complications and lots of positive stories being told about it. The significant improvement in the eyes of millions of previously ill-eyed people who had this laser eye surgery attest to the awesome effectiveness of this method.

The following is how this works. In the eye of humans, the tissue responsible for vision is the corneal tissue. The thin layer of sensitive cells, otherwise known as the retina receive the light rays that fall on them after being bent or refracted by the cornea. An eye problem that’s known as refractive is one in which the light rays from objects don’t come together on the retina.
