I was reading and article yesterday about candida. Apparently, pollution, stress and a poor diet can affect the regulation mechanisms in the body.  This can seriously affect the body’s ability to naturally keep the levels of candida under control.  Any time the body’s pH level is out of balance, the result can be overactive candida.  A candida overgrowth can cause a number of problems including cravings for starch and sugars, which makes it hard to lose any weight.  I am rather prone to yeast infections and would like to find a candida cure product that can help overcome any candida overgrowth and avoid any future problems.
