A great food to include as part of your breakfast menu is organic eggs. Organic eggs are high in Omega-3 fats, which is the best kind of fat for humans to consume. This kind of fat lowers your cholesterol and speeds up your metabolism.
A great snack food to keep hunger at bay between meals is raw almonds. They work very quickly in eliminating hunger cravings and can be stored anywhere you are. Just grab a handful and put them in a ziploc bag. Make sure that ziploc bag goes everywhere you go.
If you get bored of eating almonds, try switching to raw walnuts. They are another great protein snack that can go anywhere and last long tucked away in a bag or purse.
A great way to keep the weight and metabolism moving is to make sure you drink water all day. You should be drinking at least half your body weight in ounces of water. Ex: 150lb person should drink 75 ounces of water.
