My sister recently found out that she has acid reflux.  She has been getting sick a lot and was not sure what was wrong with her.  She really does not know a lot about this condition and which acid reflux causes pertain to her.  She understands that this condition is usually hereditary.  She has a great doctor and he prescribed some medication that has proven to be very effective in treating this condition.  She has made some changes to her diet and has also stopped drinking carbonated drinks such as cola.  She is also trying to limit the amount of caffeine that she takes in.
