When we were first married, we lived in this tiny little studio apartment type place, except that it was a little house. We were there for five years and made quite a few improvements. It was actually a pretty nice place when we moved. My husband got some roofing shingles left over from a project at work and bought a few more matching bundles. With those he completely redid the roof. He also built on a little addition with a room and a bathroom and put a bay in the kitchen area. There have been several families rent there since we moved and other improvements made.
