The other day I received a beautiful food processor and of course couldn’t wait to use it.

After preparing one of my famous gourmet meals using the processor I had a feeling a really not accomplishing anything.

I guess the absence of one of my cutting boards was the reason I felt I hadn’t prepared the meal myself.

As I always say, I just don’t like factory manufactured products in my food preparation.

I have gone back to my cutting boards and will stay with them to the bitter end.

Hang the manufactured stuff and let me have the one of a kind stuff.
