I just recently had my 52nd birthday.  As both a joke and an expression of profound gratitude, my wife and children bought me a 52 inch high definition television as a gift.  How iconic!  They had seen me comb the Sunday advertisements for years while paying special attention to the newest flat screen televisions.  I just didn’t want to spend that kind of money on myself — I guess I’m traditional in that regard.  But this samsung ln52a650 52 lcd tv is the absolute best!  I couldn’t be happier with this gift.  It has a pristine picture, a neat dark red border, and is widely regarded as the absolute best in LCDs.  Now, I just can’t wait until my 60th birthday!
