Tinkering with computers is not something that I am comfortable with, and I always hesitate before performing any kind of major action. Last week I started having trouble with my computer, and I was fairly sure that I needed to reboot computer. I asked a friend who works in tech support, and he agreed with my initial suspicion. He told me that he would help, and he came over after work and we took care of it. He showed me what to do, and how to do it correctly. Now things are working well, and I’m glad that it was able to be fixed by us.
