The future of video games and online gaming is clearly taking a path that many experts would never have imagined just a year or two ago.  The path is towards a more online way of gaming.  Onlive, the company behind a new technology set to take the video game industry by storm will likely change the landscape of the video game industry altogether.  If Onlive does succeed, like I think it will, we will see the major companies either try and acquire the company, or set up online consoles of their own in order to compete.  I think that this will be a major game changer.
