I have always wanted to go to South America and explore the Amazon. While I am there, I am going to go on a river cruise down the Amazon itself and really get in touch with the river and its surroundings. What excites me about this is how close I will be to the wildlife, but because I am on the boat, I still get complete comfort and relaxation. It’s like the ideal holiday, combining the wild and free, with relaxation and civilization. I think a few friends might come with me, but I am not sure how they feel about being so adventurous. Once they know how safe it will, because we’re on a river cruise, I am sure they are bound to come.
